Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you do not absolutely love your new purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full refund of the purchased price, by mail or in person, at our office.
What can I return or exchange?
We’re sorry things didn’t work out! We will gladly refund all unopened packages in its original condition within 30 days of your order date when accompanied by the original packing slip invoice for the price paid.
Please note that items that are opened are reviewed by a customer service representative for damage. Opened items that are not damaged will be returned for the price paid minus a 10% restocking fee.
• Shipping & handling charges will not be refunded.
• Exchanges cannot be made.
Returning by mail:
A. Indicate the reason and the quantity for each item you wish to return by email to: email@example.com
B. Ship the items to our warehouse:
C. Enclose the packing slip invoice in your return package. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, whenever possible.
D. We recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier. We are not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Drop your package in the mail. Postage required. We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries.
E. All shipping costs, including those incurred for returns, are non-refundable. Upon receipt, allow approximately 10 business days to process your credit. Please allow a few days for your bank to process it.
How am I going to be refunded?
Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment and the same credit or debit card as the original purchase. Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are not refundable.
